1 WEEK TO GO!!!!!
Hello everyone!! Only one week until i have my kidney transplant!!!DV
The Lord has been so good to us throughout this whole journey and we give Him all of the honour and glory!
Keith and i went for my last clinic appointment at the Kamloops hospital yesterday.(hopefully, after my transplant i will be going to a clininc in Kamloops , not the hospital.)
The specialist looked at the results of all of my bloodwork and she was very happy with the results. EVERYTHING was in the good range!!! We thank the Lord for hearing our prayers and making everything well with all of my bloodwork!
She looked at my second exray on my lungs and said that there was still some fluid in them. Thankfully there is no infection but she said that i have to get rid of that fluid before my surgery.I am now taking higher strengths of my dialysis fluid so that hopefully the excess fluid will be removed. I am feeling great otherwise and have a lot more energy and my mind continues to get less and less foggy!!! Praise the Lord!!!
Keith and i have a few more days here at home and they are very busy days. We are thankful that so far all is going as planed and we pray that the Lord will allow this surgery to happen on March 18, 2015!
As you know we will be staying in Vancouver for at least 2 months and friends of ours,  Paul and Michelle Colenbrander  have opened up their house to us! They have a suite in their house and have lovingly ofered it to us for as long as we need. (Thanks Diane and Norman for the offer of your house as well but it is just too far away from the hospital!) If you would like to visit us at any time Paul and Michelle's address is: 17356 - 101 Ave.
