Patiently waiting until March 18, 2015!

Hello, it has been quite some time since i last posted on here! I have been on dialysis now for over one month and it is all going well, there has been a few hic ups along the way but the Lord has helped us through them.
On of the hic ups that is still not looked after is that i have some fluid in my lungs. The specialist told me to up my dosage of dialysis. I used to take 1.5% dialysis at dinner time but she told me to take a stronger dose, 2.5% for a few days. Hoping that this will draw the water out of my lungs. I will have to have a follow up exray in the near future to make sure that it is all gone. Our prayer is that this will be the case!!!

I also found out that my liver has many sists on it as well(this is all associated with this kidney disease) and there is one big sist approx. 11 cm big! My liver is pushing on to my lungs. My family doctor phoned the specialist and they said that they will deal with that after i have my kidney transplant. We are not sure what that means but we are leaving this all in the hands of our Lord and Saviour!

I also found out from my regular blood work that they do, that my thyroid function is very low, they have prescribed a stronger dose of my synthroid medication. I am now on 175mcg. We hope and pray that this will help the function of my thyroid to increase before my surgery.

We ask for your continued prayers as we get closer to the surgery date, that the Lord will allow this to happen on March 18th!

With love always from Keith and Bonita.
